Actually the third picture is HRH Tuanku Fauziah, the Queen of Perlis which is a state in Malaysia. Queen Fauziah had completed her 5 years tenure as Her Majesty the Queen of Malaysia on 2006. The current Queen of Malaysia is Tuanku Nur Zahirah of Terengganu state. In Malysia, King are elected for tenure of five year from 9 reigning sultan/ruler of Malay states.
